Our services are structured based on the services selected, size of your event (think guest list) and your location. While we know weddings can be expensive, we work to ensure you get the most for your money through a thoughtful vendor network and a flat fee structure. Just because your band cost more, doesn’t mean we cost more. At Beyond The Sea, we incorporated many in-house offerings to bring additional cost savings should you choose to use them. We always include a free consultation to align on the basics and choose your package, and we NEVER charge a mark-up on vendor services or products.

Communication is key to success! Our team will be in contact with you every week. We provide a summary sheet, a schedule, identification of risks and issues, running tally on budget and decisions to make or have been made, as well as changes from week to week. We also provide you access to a real-time dashboard to log in and check the status of your plans at any time!

We typically ask for 9+ months for planning purposes, but of course that can be flexible depending on the size of your event, and your flexibility with vendor selection and options for products and services.
Traveling? sure thing! just as us about our team and availability. We can adjust pricing up or down based on location and services available for that location. Not all services are available for some locations.
